Reeth Ice Cream Parlour

Reeth Ice Cream Parlour is situated in the fabulous village of Reeth, Swaledale in the heart of Herriot Country. Run by a local family, Peter and Sarah do an amazing job of welcoming customers not only to their business but to the area with their arms wide open, always giving the best impression on every visit.

The Ice Cream Parlour specialises in real dairy ice cream made by Brymor on the farm at Jervaulx. This makes the business flourish in flavours providing a wide list to choose from, including a diabetic recipe with fructose and polydextrose, which meets everyone’s needs. As well as serving delicious ice cream, the parlour also provides hot drinks on-site such as teas, hot chocolate, freshly ground coffee, lattes and cappuccinos.

Inside the Parlour each table has its very own wooden puzzle or game to play while visitors enjoy their hot drinks or ice cream. The business provides games such as chess or even tricky puzzles to complete to make up some of day.

Guests are able to book an evening for a large group to take part in the entertainment provided by Marrick Priory, which is their local outdoor pursuits centre. Reeth Ice Cream Parlour is only an hour drive from the historic market Town of Thirsk, so after a bite to eat and a delightful hot drink, you can visit the local shops or the massive museum The World of James Herriot.
