Grove House B&B

Grove House is a bed and breakfast situated in the heart of Herriot Country. It is located only a 2-minute walk from Leyburn’s popular market square. This guest house offers a friendly and relaxing stay away if you’re after a short break, family holiday or a group event. If you choose to go outside in the Yorkshire Dales, you can be thrilled by the peaceful environment after a long day of activities 

In this house there is plenty of choice to choose from regarding rooms. Seven fantastic individual rooms are provided all with en-suite rooms and a list of added amenities to help guests enjoy their stay. At Grove House they aim to use the best produce from local farms/suppliers when needed to keep their brilliant reputation and top-quality ratings consistent.

Grove House was originally built in 1757 which brought a lot of attention to the place via the locals that lived in the Wensleydale area, before it got converted into a bed and breakfast in the 1980s, meaning only one thing, that James Herriot would have seen this place transform into the amazing Guest House it is today.
