Big Sheep and Little Cow is a small, family-run farm near Bedale in Herriot Country that has a family play area, guided farm tours, go-karts, brush a pig, lamb feeding, home-made ice-cream.
There is a lot to do at Big Sheep Little Cow for families, school groups, mums and dads and grandparents. It’s a fabulous place to learn about animals and see how a small farm works and to get involved in farm activities. It’s a unique hands-on farm experience and anyone interested in animals and farming will love it.
Planning a visit is very easy and there are farm tours held every day. Animal feeding is part of the experience and there are fun rides and activities for children that will give them happy memories for the rest of their lives.
Big Sheep and Little Cow has picnic areas, a play barn, café, and a selection of interactive, hands on, creative and fun activities; designed with babies and toddlers in mind. There are different activities each day and the basic activity ticket entitles all visitors to a 30-minute activity plus unlimited play area access for the whole day! All activities are tailored to you and your little one, with trained staff on hand to accommodate all your needs. Birthday parties are also a speciality.
