With four rooms offering versatility for families, friends, couples and single adventurers Craiglands provides a warm personal welcome to all visitors. A hearty Yorkshire breakfast and a few unique touches make it that bit special.

Perfectly located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales located on The Dales Way, The Lady Anne Way, the Way of the Roses and Tour De Yorkshire routes, Craiglands B&B has facilities for bikers and walkers to relax after a day in the countryside – whatever the weather. Secure storage for bikes and motorbikes and an electric car charging point are provided. 

Each of the four rooms has been planned for your comfort with refreshment facilities, en-suite, luxury linens and toiletries. New bathroom suites in rooms 1 and 3 were recently added and it provides flexible accommodation to suite all needs from single travellers to families to groups. Prices are cheapest when booking directly on our website. Please book by telephone,  email or through the website booking system.

Packed lunches are available for any guest for £6. This includes a sandwich of your choice, crisps, fruit, something sweet and a drink. Please book this in advance. Craiglands does not routinely provide evening meals but with plenty of amazing places to eat in Grassington and surrounding areas you will find food and drink options to suit your taste. If you would like to bring something back to eat at the B and B you can do so in the dining room. Facilities are provided.

Craiglands B&B has an environmental policv that includes;

• Minimising the need for single use waste eg coffee / tea / condiment sachets.
  • Providing toiletry dispensers in the showers rather than wasteful single use soaps and shampoos.
  • Providing one large towel for single night stays and additional towels for longer stays.
  • Air drying bedding and towels when the weather allows.
  • Re-cycling bottles / plastics left in the room.

Grassington is the home of the fictional village of ‘Darrowby’  at the centre of Channel 5’s All Creatures Great and Small. Come to Grassington to step back in time, take a drink in ‘The Drovers’, match the shop fronts to those featured on the TV and hunt for the surgery! Lynette and Dave can recommend a driving tour taking in some of the other locations for filming.
